Paul Hindle

Managing Director

Paul is the Managing Director of C&L Advisory and has been since 2019,

Prior to 2019, Paul led PwC’s Adelaide Transactions practice. He has over 20 years of transaction-related experience in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Paul has substantial experience in advising clients on transformational transactions, supporting them through the deal, undertaking detailed due diligence, sale, and purchase agreement advice and assisting with post-deal integration and business improvement.

Paul has worked across a range of industries, clients, and deal sizes. Throughout his time with PwC, Paul has worked extensively with corporate and private equity sponsors (including Pacific Equity Partners (PEP), KKR and Advent Partners) and their portfolio companies.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
