As part of building Finn M&A Private, Mark specialises in helping founder-led businesses prepare for and successfully complete their sales. His strategic guidance and hands-on approach ensure clients achieve optimal results at every stage of the transaction process. Mark also serves as a Director of GreenEarth Global, a company dedicated to creating sustainable, biodegradable products that reduce waste and support a cleaner environment.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
