The C&L Advisory team is lead by Marcus Bailey (Head of C&L Advisory) and Paul Hindle (Managing Director), who together have over 50 years of combined investment banking experience across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, capital markets (debt and equity), due diligence, valuations and direct investment.
